This Union Jack Heart Brooch is hand embroidered in grey, red and cream felt wool to produce a lovely little patrotic accessory that will bring a dash of Britishness and fun to any outfit.
This little Union Jack Heart brooch is inspired by Jan's famous and iconic Union Jack cushion and it can be used in so many different ways - from pinning onto a mood board, personalising a handbag or dressing up a bouquet of patriotic flowers - as well as wearing in the normal way, on your lapel or in your hair.
The brooch is hand made with a grey felt heart-haped base and stitched into a Union Jack with strips of red and cream wool felt, finished with a tiny central heart and blanket stitched around the edges with cream thread. The back has a small brooch pin for attaching to your chosen outfit or object.
Jan decided to create this brooch to give her and the JC girls an identity when they were away on business and they often wear their Union Jack Hearts whenever they are exhibiting at fairs, travelling to foreign lands or meeting Royalty!
