The Zodiac Taurus Sign Cushion is a masterpiece of appliqué and hand embroidery in black and cream felt wool with a striking blue central panel emblazoned with a strong symbolic torso of a charging bull, the sign of Taurus. Intricately stitched with blanket stitch and chain stitch, it is encased by the classical Grecian Wave border. The edges of the cushion are finished with contrast blanket stitch and it fastens on the back with two mother of pearl buttons.
Taurus is an earth sign, ruled by Venus, which is the planet of beauty and love, making them romantic and supportive. Typically patient, artistic, kind, decisive, logical, hard-working, passionate and they love the outdoors. Being a bull, they can be one of two paces - slow and steady, or ready to charge.
