This luxury handmade Willow Pattern Cushion is hand embroidered in blue & cream onto a natural cream linen. This beautiful designer cushion is an intricately hand-embroidered version of the elaborate Willow Pattern ceramic design that was popular in 18th century England. The famous story depicted in the Willow Pattern is of two young, runaway Chinese lovers. The cushion is appliquéd in cobalt blue wool onto natural linen and stitched with contrast dark blue and cream thread. The cushion is edged in blue piping and fastens on the back with two mother of pearl buttons.
The Linen Willow Pattern cushion makes a wonderful conversation piece for any sofa or a striking accessory for your favourite chair.
