UK Delivery
- UK Standard Delivery: £6 or FREE if you spend £50 & over
FREE for orders of £50 & over
£6 for orders under £50

- UK Next Day Delivery: £10
-If you order before 11 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (working days only), your order should be with you the following day.
-If you order before 11 am on Friday (working day only), your order should be with you the following Monday.
-Please note, the Next Day Delivery option is only available in the UK mainland and not for the Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands or anywhere outside of the UK.
- UK Saturday Delivery: £20
-Orders must be placed before 11 am on the preceding Friday, providing it is a working day.
-Please note, the Saturday Delivery option is only available in the UK mainland and not for the Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands or anywhere outside of the UK.
All UK deliveries are despatched using either Royal Mail tracked or DPD signed for courier services. If you may be unavailable to sign for your delivery, please provide alternative instructions. For security purposes, we do not deliver to PO Box Numbers.
DPD will notify you by text or email with your delivery date.
If this is not convenient, please respond by text or email to change the date. On the day of delivery, DPD will notify you by text or email with a one-hour delivery window for your convenience.
International Delivery (Europe and the rest of the World)
Please be aware that for international deliveries, local import duties may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
£10 for orders under £150
£20 for orders between £150 and £300
£35 for orders of £300 & over.
-Next Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery options are not available for international orders.
-All international deliveries are despatched using a signed for postal service and a tracking number will be provided automatically, once the order has been shipped. For security purposes, we do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
-Please note, international orders do not include the cushion inserts.
We only ship Fine Bone China within the UK due to possible breakages. Any orders for Fine Bone China to be delivered outside of the UK will be cancelled.
Our Aim
Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and quality checks.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time frame stated on our website. Please note, we will not be liable for any loss caused by late delivery as a result of Carrier actions, which are beyond our control.
Please contact us at info@janconstantine.com as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time and we will endeavour to track and trace your order.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form.
If products are returned to us as undeliverable, either because of:
- an incorrect address,
- customer failure to contact the courier company,
- customer failure to collect the goods from the depot where requested,
we shall refund the price of the product only. Additionally, any costs charged for returning the goods to us will also be deducted.
If any of the products which we deliver to you are damaged or if we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven days at info@janconstantine.com. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened.
